The Windows98SE partition is seldom used, but it is necessary because Partition Magic and Boot Magic are windows programs, so you need a Windows Partition to install them. We also install on the Windows Partition some of the application programs we have on our Ghost Images, so that we can demonstrate how the work to people that come to our refurbishing project.
I installed my copy of Microsoft MapPoint which we use to make maps of where our computer refurbishing projects are located, since it runs on Win98SE, but for some reason does not work on the Win2K I have installed on my primary computer.
I installed the software for my Intel Pocket PC Camera so I can take digital pictures of items we refurbish, for use in these instruction pages.
I have not done it yet, but at some point I plan to install a router so that I can have internet access not just on my main computer but also on my Image Machine, and then I can search for drivers for a refurbished computer.
